Hong Kong and Chinese New Year

I will be visiting Hong Kong from 1 February 2003 to 5 February 2003 (during Chinese New Year). I would like to enquire whether the tourist attrctions eg, Ocean Park, shops,night market, pubs will be opened during Chinese New Year?

Please take easy: most of the entertainment locales will be opened during the Chinese New Year Fesival, espcially in Hong Kong for Hong Kong is also famous for its show business execpet for its thriving finance.
