where else to go for a day trip ?

Hi, I will be in Guilin next week and it is part of a package that includes sights of Guilin, the river cruise, Yao Mountain and a day in Yangshuo. I have a day in Guilin before leaving in the evening for HK. Any suggestions for what to do in a day (have to be back in Guilin before 5pm)? Should I go back to Yangshuo to explore further or is it possible to see the rice terrace at Longsheng?

It's worthwhile and possible to take a day trip to Long Sheng to see the terrace fields.
