ETHNICEAST Points: Join Date: Mar 2, 2005 Status: Offline	any place is a good start, first find out who want to more or less "host" the event, then take that place of the host as the place of gathering, then take a poll of who will come, regardless of the number turning up, just kick start the first one. host should organise the stay and travel. as for the dates, i feelit should not be during the big holidays week as there will be chaotic travel arrangements and hotel bookings, price will also be up too...

Xi'an is the headquarter of TCG, so it is a better choice to have the first party here in Xian. It is easy for moderators to arrange it. Personally I really look forward to such a party.

If we actually throw this party in Xian, climbing Mt Hua is the No. 1 group activity, and I suggest a BBQ party in somewhere beautiful, say Xingqing Park (or anywhere else more beautiful).
