There are a few universities and colleges in Tibet, this question just pop out into my head: Are there any foreign teachers teaching English (or other subjects) in Tibet? I am just so curious...

I don't know if there are any foreign teachers ,but I heard that tibetan speak fluent English ,even better than mandarin

Yes, there are foreign teachers and students in Tibet. I've read some pieces of news about it. Most of them are living in Lhasa and learning Tibetan language.

Conny, those English-speaking Tibetans are merchants, students, guides and lamas. Common people especially ppl in remote areas only know Tibetan language.
