JABAROOTOO Points: Join Date: Jul 4, 2005 Status: Offline	Good way to carry seafood is freeze it and wrap well in old newspapers - yes newspapers and you'll be surprised how long it will stay frozen while you travel.

If I go to Hainan, i try seafood as much as I can there... PS. I didn't know you were not local Hainanese:) Where is your hometown by the way?
