New Subway line 13, Beijing

Hi
I cannot find very up-to-date information on the new subway line that connects the airport to the city. Is it working now? I arrive around 9pm, will that train be available then? I will take the train to Xuanwumen station, just past Tiananmen Square, because my hotel is The Beijing Rainbow, in Xijing road in Xuanwu. Does anybody know that hotel?

As the news shows, the line 13 connects the airport and the beijing city is still under the construction. That is to say, it is unavailable now.
Why not to take the shuttle bus of the airport? And do not worry about whether there has bus available at that time. If there is airplane arrive or leave, there would be the shuttle bus, no matter how late it will be.
