Bars/Nightlife in Xiamen - Is there any???

I've heard China is quiet enough outside Beijing and Shanghai at nighttime but surely there must be one of two spots!? Will be staying a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night and most likely travelling alone :) Any help much appreciated... Bosco

Unfortunatley I don"t have my map with me so I can't give you the exact locations or the names of any. But try this site http://www.whatsonxiamen.com/?p=867 and of course Gulangyu Island is a great place to relax
