My name is Jilly. I have very nice house for rent in Chengdu China. This is a Condo or apartment and is owned by individuals and is located on the 23rd floor of Unit $5 of an 8 Unit development complex. This is a brand new complex started in 2007 and is in its final completion month as we speak. The management fees for this Condo will be approximately $330 RMB per month, and yes we are the first owners. It has 2 bedrooms with computer room that can be used as 3rd bedroom, 2 baths, plus dining area and garden area.This building development is close to QingShui River and many other natural parks. Also it is close to banking, shopping, hospital, etc. This house has under ground private parking. It is also a luxury building, because it does not have a first floor but instead the first floor is made into a rest area and exercise area with many green plants and trees, along with a heated inside and outside Olympic size swimming pool area, along with a coffee bar. Tennis and golf are close by. Our new house has ornament finish, All ornament used vey good stuff.. Attached is a layout picture of the floor plan for the house or Condo as you call it.
