Boat from Suzhou to Hangzhou

There's a night boat (sleeper) from Suzhou to Hangzhou but is there one during the day? I would like to know the times and if this is worth taking this boat trip when there's also a train from Suzhou to Hangzhou.

The whole water trip will take about 14 hours. And there are no daytime boat available!

As far as I know, no daytime boat from Suzhou to Hangzhou. It's worth taking the overnight boat to save on travelling time spent during the day (could be better used on sightseeing than travelling) and also to save on accommodation costs.
