Store luggage in Hong Kong?

My wife and I are going to Hong Kong for 14 days on April 6th. Is there any place in town to store our luggage for 7 to 8 days while traveling to Guilin and vicinity only with backpacks? Photography is my main interest and hope to get some clear days without rain in southwest China!
