I have made a survey of all real estate projets in Sanya, compare the situations,price,quality, future developpement in the area etc. I have a good agent, he helps me a lot.

First of all, It depends the budget, your preference:sea sight, mountain sight,river sight or city center), facilities prefered( almost all residence equipped swimming pool, there are some even has hotspring pool and 5 stars service), there are all kinds of price from 500$-5000$/per square metre construction. etc.

This summer I will go to Sanya for one month to decorate my second apartment, if you come, I can show you sanya.

Yes, price for properties here goes up very quick. I remembered last year, properties in Haikou is about from RMB1600, but now at least RMB2500. If in downtown, it reaches RMB4000. So high!

The salary for people who are working here is very low. For common emplyees, just about RMB800-1000/month. How people could buy a house? :( Don't know how to say. Rich person becomes richer and richer, poor person becomes poorer and poorer.
