Can I book with eLong?

I'm thinking of booking an e-ticket with eLong. Had anyone done that? Can they be trusted?

I heard about the company, but have no experience of booking hotels or flight tickets with them. I am not sure if their prices are competitive enough, I think you can try to contact them first, and get in touch with some other online reservation centers at the same time, compare the prices is very important.

Of course you can!Usually,I book my air ticket or hotels by Elong!

As California said....Of course you can!

I booked my and my friends flight tickets to Chengdu 3 weeks ago, I we had no problems at all!
The usually have really competitive prices, actually I haven't found better ones in any other site. You can get really cheap deals for flights that change every few weeks, depending on the airline offers.

But...what they call e-tickets, isn't a real e-ticket one! So they will ask you to pick the tickets in on of their many offices around China or they will send it to you if you has a fix place to stay in!

(The elong office in Beijing is in Jian Wai Soho, just above Jenny Lous, :) just information...:)

I used them to book 4 flights and had no problems. I did have to go and pick up my tickets. None of them were e-tickets.
