Anyone traveling back to China

My parent need to go back to China in the next couple months, from Washington Dulles Airport to Qingdao China (Shandong province). They don't speak English,if you are planing a same route trip, and wouldn't mind my parents going alone, please let me know, I can arrange their trip according to your schedule.
