For Macau -- Zhuhai, simply take a taxi to the Macau/Gongbei border and walk across. No need for ferry!
For Kowloon, the ferry terminal you need to be using is the China HK ferry terminal.
Zhuhai -- Kowloon done by Chu Kong (http://www.cksp.com.hk/ship_schedule/main.html). Departures at 0800, 1000, 1145, 1400, 1600, 1700, and 1730.
Kowloon -- Macau done by First Ferry (http://www.nwff.com.hk). Departures every 30 mins 0700--2200, but no departure at 1230.
