| One week before I just posted a question about favourite chinese dishes, and those are the vegetarian suggestions I get: Gan Bian Dou Jiao (Green beans with chilies): I already tasted and liked it a lot Su Chao You mai Cai (a kind of green veggie souted or boiled in a tasty watery sauce): I liked it too... Yu xiang jiezi( eggplant with green peppers in a tasty brown-redish garlic sauce): I love it Di san xian (eggplan with green peppers and potatoes in a really nice sauce): One of my favourites Suan rong xi lan hua (broccoli with garlic): My favourite Su jiaozi or su baozi (vegetarian dumplins and vegetarian buns) Tu dou si (I kind of patato with vinager): I don't like it that much For any others, you can check the post: What's your favourite chinese food? There's lots of other dishes there, that you might like to taste. |
