PINETREE Points: 2514 Join Date: Oct 9, 2005 Status: offline	I am seriously considering volunteering for any worthwhile & suitable works in China. I just need own safe/clean accomodation in return. My brief CV :- a. Tertiary education - in English b. Experience in petroleum trading, shipping & related field. Had a short stint as a teacher at the beginning of my career. c. OK in Mandarin + 2-3 Chinese dialects. d. Physically not so strong - am basically a shu sheng. e. Mental capability - OK ; IQ 110. f. Available - from 2007 onwards for any period of time by mutual consent. My aspiration : just to have the chance to work/live in China to realise 1 of my dreams. The closest that I have come to this was a stint in HK. Anyone can help ?? Please PM me. Thanks.

Hi Pinetree,
Great to hear that you are getting ready to take that first step.

While you have the time to research, can I suggest that you google 'volunteer China' and have a look at some of the organisations that offer programmes. Most are teaching, some are in very poor locations around the country but if you search with some other key words you may find something that interests you in your field of expertise.
