The premise is "In front of the person you love" --> your heart beats faster:-), Now your heart beats faster, there must be someone in front of you, so I am sure you know that particular girl whom you fell in love with:))

In my opinion,

Love means that when you think of him or her, sweet feelings stir in the bottom of your heart.
You have smile on your face.

Like means that when you think of him or her, there is warmth in your heart, nothing more.

The idea may not that correct, but this is mine.
