cruise port to city

iam going to be stopping in Hong Kong from 7am to 4pm on a cruise at kwei chung birth 1 NBR5 and want to take public transportation to city - how and what #'s do i take?

Hi,

You may take the taxi from the cruise dock to Kwai Fong MTR station or Lai King MTR station.

For shopping, it depends on which category products you would like to shop. If you want to buy the low price products, you may get off the MTR from the Mongkok station. If you want to buy the better quality and higher price products, you may get off at Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station.

Since u have almost the entire day for shopping, suggest u get off at Tsim Sha Tsui & shop all the way back to Kwai Chung. Be prepared with a pair of good walking shoes.
Most of the shops may not be opened that early, tho.

is there a public bus from port to kwai fong MTR station or lai king MTR?

There is no public transportation from the dock the Kwai Fong to Lai King.

I think the taxi fare is less than HKD40, therefore don't worry.
