Hello everybody,
how about a meeting in Changsha? I am living here now for almost 10 months but I still have no idea how many expats, teachers etc are actually living in Changsha.
Anybody interested in opening a regular meeting (stammtisch)? Suggestions welcome

There is a cafe named"the fifth tone",owned by a foreigner, near to the Hunan university, I been there for several time, and have seen many foreginers there .
