Actually every college/ university has a English Corner, you can choose one which is close to where you live.

There is a great new English Corner on Wednesday and Saturday nights at the High Connection Coffee House near the Southwest Financial University. It usually starts around 7:00 pm. The address is Qingyang Qu Shuangqing Nanlu 6 Hao Fu A—20. Their phone number is 8732-5855. There is usually 5 to 10 foreigners there each Wednesday and Saturday night.
