Just read the latest news annoucement here that there will be a 5-star train service for tourists, running to Tibet. Preliminary cost is us$1000 day/berth !
It is so luxurious that you don't have to get out of the train to see and enjoy the beauty of Tibet. Even Polata Palace will be brought onboard for you to enjoy in privacy ?!
My, what extent in luxury.
Wanna join for such a tour ?

Nope!
It takes too long, 48 hours(from Beijing?)! You can't really see much of the "beauty of Tibet", MOST parts that the railway covered will be in the mountains without any vegetation, literally. I won't join in this luxurious but boring trip, time-consuming and not economical.

I also won't take part in this luxury trip ,go tibet for trip not for enjoy the train service,
but if you want to go tibet you can take other vehicle,also can have a good time .

No, I will not pay that sort of money for a train ride. If I wanna go for tour I want to be on the ground to feel its soil, grass & smell the air of the places.
I can take a train ride anytime & anywhere.
