I am flying again from Shanghai to Beijing on Air China and then transfering to United to fly to the US. Last time i did this i could not find United departure and got lost in the airport. Can anyone tell me how to go from Air China arrival to United departure?

Not really familiar with the BJ airport. Your incoming via Air China will probably be at the domestic airport but your departure for the USA should be at the international airport.

Pinetree is correct.

You will arrive by domestic Air China and have to make your way to International.

Beijing International Airport is easy to find your way around. It houses both the domestic and international terminal under one roof and every thing is clearly marked in English.

Once you have collected your luggage from domestic, follow th signs to International and you shouldn't have a problem.

There is always someone who speaks English and can help you out, Just show your ticket (remember not to let it out of you sight) and follow the directions.
