Tibet, the ancient and mysterious region, will start to demonstrate to the whole world its unique charm. For instance, the sceneries like snow-covered plateau, white clouds and snow mountains, swift torrents in valleys, virgin forests, etc, have always enchanted people to have a visit someday. On the occasion of Qinghai-Tibet railway’s opening its whole course to traffic, in order to memorize this historic event, promote the harmonious development of exploitation of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau resources, remind people of the importance of environmental protection, and protect the environment human beings lives on, the public benefit program of “Superior Color of Tibet, Environmental Protection of China” will be unveiled in July 2006.
