![]() | Tea is good for a lot of things, some of which are proven :- 1. help digestion 2. cleanse away oil in the digestive system 3. reduce chance of cancer Whenever we were brought to buy tea by tour leaders, the tea gals will tell us how good tea is. I believe some of them, not all. There is 1 pu'er from Yunnan which is very expensive and apparently only when picked by virgin gals will it be effective as having healing power !! It is unbelievable. |

![]() | Hi guys, Seems that you have pretty much knowledge about tea. But I don't like tea very much. Once I have seen a post whcih told that a special kind of tea could keep you fit. Put green tea, jujube and dry rose flower bud into the hot water and drink it. |
