Does anybody know if there are ATMs at the Harbin airport? Will be there in two weeks and appreciate the info. Thanks!

Because of the extremely cold weather in Harbin(in winter), the outdoor ATM machines may hardly be found not only around the airport, but throughout the whole city. But i believe there must be some way else to make up to it.
