The set of rooms include a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a toilet. Especially, living room, bedroom and kitchen face south. We live on the 15th floor. You can enjoy the sufficient sunlight. furniture include as follows, IKEA bed;sofa;IKEA dining-chair;IKEA dining-table;wardrobe with drawer;IKEA writing desk and so on. equipment include as follows, two air-condition sets (one is for bedroom; the other is for living room); refrigeratory; 29 TV; Washing Machine; microwave oven and so on If you plan to live here beyond a year , I like to rent the aparment at RMB 27000 a year.
