I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I require a tibet travel permit if I have a resdent permit for China? And also if it is possible to travel to Nepal from Tibet , and what would be required to do so.

1, Yes, you need a Tibet Travel Permit to visit Tibet;
2, Yes, it is possible to travel to Nepal from Tibet both overland or by flight. You need to obtain a Nepal visa before you go.
