currency exchange near ferry port

I am travelling to Qindao from Shimonosek, Japan by ferry. The ferry arrives on a Sunday when banks will be closed. Is there an ATM that accepts foreign cards near the port, a hotel nearby that will change money for non-guests. i'm just trying to figure out how to get those first yuan to pay for a taxi etc.

Hi Prism21,

Banks open for all the year round. No holiday for banks, therefore you can still change you money into CNY in banks nearby.
