is there anybody interested in chinese- english language exchange for 3-30 July, Monday- Thursdays late afternoons?

and for Chinese who feel uncomfortable teaching:

is there anybody interested in learning english during July? I'm going to be in Hangzhou 3-30 July, Monday- Thursdays. I can give classes to beginners and pre-intermediate students.
