Is it possible to get Pakistan visa at Urumqi?

And i tried to search on the web for Pakistan embassy in China, and it seems that there's only one at Beijing. Maybe I'm not good at web searching, so could anyone tell me if there's a Pakistan embassy or trade office or something like that which issues a visa into Pakistan? Thanks in advance! M.C.

Very few countries and least of all places like Pakistan will have consulates outside Beijing. Best get all your visa's for other countries before you come to China or in Beijing. Urumqi is not the place!!!!!!!!!11
