I haven't seen anything on the US Immigration site that says much more than you can apply. It doesn't say they will grant... Of course, my Grandmother would have said, "...never bid the devil good 'morrow until you meet him on the road."

Well, to bring her back to the US, You have a few options.There are several types of visa for couples.
1. Visa K1. this is for those American citizens who want to bring their fiancee'to the US.(Most apply this type)
-Nonimmigrant Visa for a Fiance(e) (K-1)

2.Immigrant Visa for a Spouse (IR1 or CR1)
