I want to drive my car in to Russia. Question: Where/who issue International Driving Permits for Chinese driving licenses, in China ? -Hope for an answer this time! - If I just could speak more Chinese, It would be easier Thanks a bunch Din Din

I have absolutely no idea about this issue myself, but check out this thread that was posted here a few weeks ago.

If my understanding is correct, China CAN'T issue such an International Driving Permit.

I don't see why you can't use your own country's International Driving Permit as surely you must have had this first to obtain a Chinese one ? Or did you learn to drive in China ?
