#2.Could you please tell me any web sites for available developments/projects/prices that are currently selling??

#3.Does anyone know of a service that will drive me around Hainan, who speaks english to show me realestate???

Our prference is Ocean view property and/or beach access.

#1, how many? It's really difficult to answer. If you are interested in it, I think you could come here in person to count how many. : )

2#, As far as I know there are no English websites, so have to recommend several Chinese websites to you. I think your wife can help you.

http://house.hainan.net/
http://www.chinadc.com/
http://www.hn315fdc.com/

3#, A company which can provide a car and a English speaking guide seems impossible in Hainan. : ) You wife is a Chinese, I think you could ask her to contact a realty agency, then she could be your translator.

Ok, hope it helps!

Bty, as far as I know, apartment near or on the beach is about RMB5000-10000 in Sanya, RMB3500-8000 in Haikou.

hi, Cali, you are planing to buy a house in Hainan? If so, be quick, it is said that the properties in Haikou will increase to RMB4000/sqm at least.

I remembered in the end of last year, it's just about RMB2000, you could buy a good house, but now...:( impossible!!!

Frankly speaking, RMB2000/sqm for people who are living in Hainan is expensive. Salary here is so low. :( don't know how to say...

Hi, Dimsum

Oh, it seems you will not bring your wife to Hainan together. Why not? With your wife together, I think she can give you a big favor. After all, she is a Chinese. hehe...

Good Luck!
