Hello,

Does anyone recommend any good tour companies in China? I am putting together some material for a small e-book and have never taken part in an actual group tour or anything. So I'd like to know from others' experience if they know of any that other people should know about that I can consider including their information in my content.

Please reply whenever possible.

Thanks, Vinnie.

Hi, are you an administrator, or employee of this site? Or are you speaking from experience? I enjoy the site very much and find it very informative, but I have never utilized the tour services, so I'd prefer to know from the experience of another.

That said, I may go out on a limb and go ahead and make a pitch for Travel China Guide because it does seem they are a pretty professional operation from what I've seen, but I'm not certain yet. If you have an interest in this, please let me know. I've written up a short paragraph on what I would include in my content were I to help promote Travel China Guide. Please read it and let me know your thoughts:

Huh????

>>>I am putting together some material for a small e-book and have never taken part in an actual group tour or anything.

How can you put together an e-book on China tours if you have never been on a group tour?

I have many years as a journalist and would never consider writing documentation without some sort of experience.

As for advice...there are people who enjoy tours and those who do not. The people who like tours tend to relate to cattle.

I apologize for not making myself clear to some readers earlier. I am not actually writing an e-book about China tours, I'm writing an e-book about China in general based on my experiences traveling there and doing business.

I personally have never needed a tour, so that's why I don't have specific experience or recommendations for any. The whole point in my including anything to do with China tours would be as a compliment for people interested to visit there without benefit of previous experience. And if I were to include anything about available agencies that provide tours to China, it would have to be based on positive responses and experiences from anyone that has done so and recommends a given company.

This is a very minor portion to the report and basically an add on to provide additional reference for readers. If I don't find enough information and positive feedback, then I would not recommend anyone.

I hope this clears things up for anyone with journalism experience that sees fit to compare tour groups to cattle or whatever.

Thank you.

Vinnie.
