| Hello again! Need information about chinese purchasing real estate vs foreigner buying real estate. Are prices the same? Same costs / different costs? Different requirements? How about a Villa, do you own the land or is it leased from the government? Condos in high rises, can you own the air space because it is not on the land? Curious how it works (the process in purchasing) |

| Not sure whether the price is the same between Chinese and foreigners. Just know for condos in high rises, you can't own the air space. As far as I know buying a house in Hainan, you just get the ownership for 60-75 years. |

| ? Really, Cali? As far as I know, some apartments in Hainan just have 60years ownership, and some have 75years ownership. Don't know. hehe... |
