What countries easily grant visas to Chinese citizens?

Getting my lady friend into the United States is a daunting task.

Air travel out of China is relatively in expensive, so I was thinking of flying her to a country that would be a half way point for the two of us.

What countries grant visas to Chinese citizens with a minimum of hassle and expense?

Russia and some South East Asia countries, not sure about others.
