No Sause or no sauce? If it is "No sauce please", you can say "请不要加酱"。

"do you speek english" means "你会讲英语吗?"

GUESTNORMIS Thanks, this page is really useful. Maybe it would be easier to print some basic things in Chinese characters, to show to somebody? I don't trust my pronounciation :)

Anybody seen such printable basic things for tourists? I think most useful would be food things, for example instead of trying to remember "wǒ men yào sù cài" one could simply show a small card with the chinese text of the same.

You can just write them in English. I'd like to help you translate them into Chinese. Then you can print them on your own.
