Will it be safe to take a taxi to the golfcourse and back? What are the charges for taxi fare over there in Haikou? Haven't been to Hainan island and not sure of the security over there. Thanks again

I think you could stay at hotels which offer golf service, that would be cheaper. Such as May Flower Hotel in Haikou, you could play golf at May Flower golf club directly, no need to take a taxi, very convenient. Hope it helps!

The golf agents as given you can also arrange everything for you - just tell them your needs. But some of the courses are quite a distance away - like BoAo. Moonlight is nice too. Enjoy.
