Hi everyone,
I am planning to spend 7 days in Xian from 18/8. Coz i only passed by last year when i toured the Silk Road route.
Is 7 day too much ? (i've already visited the Hukou Falls last year)
Also how is the weather now?
Thanks^__^

There are a great deal interesting places worth seeing in and around Xi'an.

East Route: Terracotta Warriors, Huaqing Hot Spring, Mt. Lishan, Mt. Huashan, etc..
West Route: Famen Temple, Mt. Taibai, Qian Mausoleum(Qian Ling), Baoji...
North Route: Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi, Ancient Town of Hancheng, Yellow River...
In the City: Big & Small Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell & Drum Tower, Provincial Museum, Great Mosque, Tang Paradise...

Enjoy~

7 days is enough to explore the city , and you have plenty of time to find the local food :)

the temperature here is about 35 degree at the highest , hot indeed

Thanks everyone! The route advice is just great^__^ I start planning my itinerary.

And it looks sunny over there, too.

I want to see the sunrise in Huashan. When should i set out and by what means, what route the best?

Also I read there is a Silk factory or market. Where is it?

Thanks for previous advice!

If you want to see the sunrise of Mt. Huashan, you have to climb it during the night. You can take a train or Tourist Bus No. 1 to arrive Huashan. I suggest you to read some materials before your climbing. You can check:

Thanks for the brilliant advices and tips... i really enjoyed my 8-day trip, except for the imperfect weather, that i've given up Huashan!

Is blue sky ever in Xi'an? Tell me when, i'll be back...
