![]() | Scrambled egg with tomato Ingredient: 1. Egg 3 2. Tomato 150 grams (about two tomatoes) 3. Vegetable oil 4 soupspoon, 5. Salt, monosodium glutamate respectively right amount, Sugar 1 soupspoon. Way of cooking: 1. Go out and buy a wok if you don't have one. Wok is an essential cooking tool. 2. Scald tomatoes in boiling water for a while and peel the skin. Cut them into big pieces. Set aside the tomatoes in a bow. 3. Beat the three eggs well in a bowl (egg juice), add some salt and monosodium glutamate, set aside 4. Put 4 soupspoon oil into the wok and heat the oil on medium high. 5. Pour the egg into the wok. Cook and stir gently until the egg is nearly set. Put the set egg into the bowl, set aside. 6. Heat the surplus oil left in the wok and put tomatoes into the wok. Add a bit of sugar, and a bit of salt. Continue cooking the tomatoes until they get nice and stewy. Stir frequently. 7. Then add the egg to the tomatoes, stir and cook for one more minute. 8. Serve over steamed rice, you foreign devil Note: 1. keep medium high heat while doing this dish 2. you can put some leek into the egg juice, the flavor will be better do you want to have a try and give your family member or your friend a surprise! typical chinese food if it does not taste so good, i believe it is my fault. ^-^ ![]() |

![]() | This is one of my favorite chinese dishes. Another good tomato dish: cut a few tomatos into quaters, lay them on a plate and sprinkle with sugar. Mmmm.... tomatoey goodness.. |

![]() | Hi exlife, Great work. Thanks for sharing with us this simple cooking way. It must delicious judging from the picture. I am sure that most of Chinese, especially girls, learn to cook right from this scrambled egg with tomato. The reason is that this dish is simple and tasty. |
