GUEST85209 The FACT is, those women you usually seen in China accompanying a foreigner, are most likely prositutes offering the same service to different men everyday. Are there romance? No sorry, the male foreigners just being ripped off so the women can take the money to have happy time with their own Chinese BF.

Most Chinese women prefer their own type except those who are ugly and couldnt get a normal Chinese BF.

GUEST85209, do you know the meaning of "usually" or "most"? If you do, may I ask whether you've done a research on the things you mentioned or not. If no, why do you think you can say things like that? I'm sure there are lots of good relations out there.
Education is one thing, the femineity is another. I can't say I agree that education is something to make women lose their feminine side and to replace it with domination and impenetrable shrew.Education is to widen people's (not only women's, but all the human beings) eyes, to help us with setting a positive outlook of life and to better orient ourselves to the right (or better) position in the family life and society. If being independent in a woman is a state of mind rather than her financial position in a marriage, this woman is more likeable, because the financial status is more likely to change (volatile:D) than the state of mind.
Very well said... I totally agree.

I don't usually read this section and having now read a few postings I think I will avoid it in future. I'm a laowai with a Chinese wife. We met in China at a trade fair when I needed an interpreter. I see no difference between Chinese women and any other race. She doesn't need my money and I am happy to live in China or anywhere else with her. I seems that many posts have been made by ignorant and anonymous illiterates who obviously are too inadequate to be of any interest to any Chinese wowman.

GUESTGUEST 110 Between my chinese wife an me there are also a few years difference.. my wife is 4 years older..
She is also independend, everybody earns around similar money. Sometimes i still see it that she have problems with certain things (so do i) but we are both open to every thing.
We lived a time in China now but both of us dont really like it, so we probably will move on soon (maybe the USA or so..)
So yes i would (and did) marry a chinese... often i see cute girls on the street, going to work or just walking.. i havent "seen so many pretty girls" in europe in one place.. so i guess that the chance to see or get a pretty chinese is higher.. and it doesnt matter if chinese man or western.
Just relax and let every one live as they want (as long they dont hurt others) it shouldnt matter if a chinese girl want to have a foreign guy, or a chinese guy a foreign girl,...
