Hi, Can anyone help?

I am looking for a cheap hotel in Hai Dian District, for maybe around $30/or less a night. Thank you for any assistance ^_^

I think it is Around the 3rd west Ring Road by the shangrila, Or by the Peoples University.. Thank you for any help :)
