Contents of Service:  Consulting on laws, regulations and procedures concerning setting up a foreign invested enterprise, a branch of FIE and a resident representative office;  Going through procedures of setting up a foreign invested enterprise on commission, including project affirmation, name registration, approval of contract and articles, industrial and commercial registration, tax registration, foreign exchange management registration, opening bank account, customs registration and so on;  Undertaking amendment formalities for foreign invested enterprises;  Going through all the procedures of establishment, extension, amendment and termination of a representative office;  Going through all the procedures of establishment, extension, amendment, termination and annual check of a FIE branches;  Applying for Health Certificate, Work Permit, “Z” Visa and Residence Permit on commission of Aliens as well as HK, Macao and Taiwan compatriots.  Consulting on leasing or purchasing office rooms, cars and office appliances;  Acting as an agent for those foreign companies (include HK, Macao and Taiwan companies) who do not want to set up offices in Chengdu for the time being but still want to carry out their business activities in Sichuan.
