o, cali, you are an expert of Xi'an Dialect. Recently I'm wathcing My Own Swordmen and found that the Xi'an dialect said by the heroine is very melodious!

I may summon my courage some day to try that "Biang Biang Mian". From the spelling of the word, i guess the noodles are hard to digest.(joking) :-))

Yeah, you guys are right, it is 'biang' the noodle, and it's the most complicated Chinese character in use.
