Well, the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square are easy first choices. The temple of Heaven is well know and not far away too. How much time do you have there and what kinds of things do you want to see?

Beijing has alot of sites. Not forgeting the Summer Palace and Yuan Min Yuan and Great Walls. You will need at least 5 days here! Cheers
