ASHLEYT Points: Join Date: Aug 1, 2006 Status: offline	I'm an backpacker from US, have been renting this two bedroom in Chengdu for about a month now, and want to share it with someone until I leave at the end of October. After that, the entire apartment is available for rent. It's a very nice apartment and I feel very comfortable staying here. I prefer to share it with a female or a couple. I speak English, Mandarin Chinese and Sichuan dialect fluently. I'm easy going and love to meet new people and hang out. Sometimes, I run a Sichuan cooking class in the apartment from 4-8pm with a help of a Sichuan chef. So if you live here, you will not only get a free lesson and free dinner as well! Location: • 4th floor, #89 HongXing Road Er Duan (红星路二段89 号, 一单元四楼), Chengdu. • Five minutes walk to ChunXiLu, the main shopping area of Chengdu and many famous small eats places • It's part of the Sichuan Author's association complex and guarded by a gate man 24x7; however, you can easily in and out. • Free Internet access if you have a laptop or when I'm here you can use mine. Layout: It’s a 100 square meters apartment with • two spacious bedrooms • one spacious living room with a dinning section • one spacious kitchen with essential cooking facilities • one common washroom Furniture, Appliance provided & Services: • queen-size bed for both bedrooms • wardrobes for both rooms • Sofa, table, and TV set for living room • Dinning table • Refrigerator and wash machine • Gas powered stove and water header • Mineral water • One bicycle parked downstairs free for your use • One dresser with drawers in one room • One desk in another room • Free mineral water • Free maid service once every other week • AC installed in one bedroom • All utilities are included as well Transportation: As the apartment is centrally located, it's a short 10 minutes bike ride to the People's park, Tianfu Square, 20 minutes bike ride to Xin Nanmen bus station, Wenhua park, Wuhou Temple and Wenshu Temple, etc. There are also bus services right in front of the main gate.
