travelling china in December

I'm planning to travel China in December. I know its not the best time to go, but its the only time I can go.

I just wanted to know if its going to be excruciatingly cold?? And I'm travelling alone for the first time, any tips??

China is huge. How cold it will be depends on which part of China u intend to travel to. The northeast should be very cold. The southern part will be very nice at that time.

Yes,it will be pretty cold in nothern port of China in December,but i suggest that you may come to my hometown Chongqing to take cruise ship down the Yangtze river to tour Yangtze three gorges and new dam.It is not cold in Chongqing in December.Please reach yahoo.com.cn|jimmy_yj88

Yes,it depends on your destinations!!!

It will be very cold in the northeast and northwest,and covered by snow or ice;but sunshine and green in the south,like in Hain,you still in the summer,haha:-)
