I replied you yesterday on email.
Trains and flights are the main modes of transport for long-distance travel in China, not long-distance buses. Is there a reason why you're looking particularly for long-distance buses? These are generally more expensive, less safe and less comfortable than trains.
Guangzhou -- Yiwu by long-distance bus costs about 300-310 RMB and takes at least 15 hours. The same route by train would take about 16 hours on the fastest train, cheapest sleeper (hard sleeper upper bunk) costs 306 RMB.
AFAIK no long-distance bus for Yiwu -- Hong Kong.
