I'm not in the market but just want tooffer a couple of courteous comments

If you are pitching this add to English speaking foreigners then you will need to add some more important facts

Location: What district of CQ is it? It's a big city. There are so many residential communities to choose from
Size: Number of bedrooms, bathrooms and balcony if any

And what is Virescene? and underground park - is this car parking spaces?
