How to plan all these places of interest to save time and transport?

How can I plan it as such that I will not be moving from one place to another incurring a lot of transportation cost. 1. Shanghai Museum 2. The Former Residence of Sun Yat-Sen 3. The Site of the First National Congress of Communist party of China 4. Jade Buddha Temple 5. Longhua Pagoda and Longhua Temple 6. Shanghai Xin Tian Di 7. Zhujiajiao 8. Yuyuan Garden 9. Qibao Ancident Town. Thanks
